Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin?
The formula is designed as a gentle option, but we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin beforehand.
How often can the mask be used?
Usually 1–2 times per week.
Can the mask be used before an event?
Yes, the mask makes the skin look fresher and more even.
Must cream be applied after the mask?
Yes. After application, we recommend using a serum and face cream.
How many applications does one jar last?
On average, enough for up to 8 applications.
What are the return conditions?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that’s not the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution together.
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
Buyers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

It is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
The goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Restrictions on the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
This regulation applies to opened or used cosmetic products.

• in unused condition
• undamaged
